Suspicious death in business center
Following a report of a gunshot sound at a business center in Iğdır, a woman was found dead in an office. A man found at the scene has been taken into custody, and authorities are investigating whether the incident was a suicide or a homicide.

Police teams were dispatched after a gunshot was heard at a business center located on Mehmet Akif Street in the Bağlar neighborhood of Iğdır.
Upon arriving at the scene around 10:30 PM following reports from citizens, police officers discovered the lifeless body of a woman in an office on the first floor of the business center.
It was determined that a man identified as İ.K. was also present in the office at the time of the incident. Police took İ.K. into custody and conducted a thorough investigation at the scene.
Initial findings identified the deceased woman as C.I. Her body was transported to the Iğdır State Hospital morgue. During the investigation at the scene, it was determined that a bullet fired from the weapon had passed through the office window and shattered the balcony glass as well.
Police have launched a multi-faceted investigation to determine whether the incident was a suicide or a deliberate homicide. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
