An event that left many saying 'this is just too much ignorance' took place during the opening ceremony of a tavern in the Fethiye district of Muğla. The tavern was opened with prayers at a ceremony attended by Fethiye Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Osman Çıralı and CHP Deputy Mayor Veli Uysal.

Speaking at the tavern opening, which featured prayers and left everyone stunned, Deputy Mayor Uysal wished the tavern owner abundant and prosperous earnings.

While the recitation of prayers at the tavern opening caused astonishment, Fethiye Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Osman Çıralı, who attended the event, stated that new businesses contribute to both employment and the regional economy, saying, "We hope this new venue will bring a breath of fresh air to the Fethiye economy.
