Tesla announces it will recall its vehicles
US electric car company Tesla has announced that it will recall nearly 2 million vehicles due to a software issue.

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a statement regarding the recall of Tesla-branded vehicles.
In a statement released by the NHTSA, it was noted that the decision in question covers Model 3, Model S, and Model X vehicles produced between 2021 and 2024, as well as Model Y vehicles produced between 2020 and 2024.
The statement announced that over 1.8 million vehicles will be recalled.
The statement, which notes that an open hood may not be detected due to a software issue, indicated that the hood could open completely, obstructing the driver's view and increasing the risk of an accident.
The statement shared the information that Tesla has released a software update for this purpose.
