Security camera footage of the family meeting held on September 7 in the garden of uncle Erhan Güran's house has been added to the court file.

EXPERT REPORT DECIPHERED IT
The Turkish and Kurdish conversations in the footage were deciphered by the National Criminal Bureau at the request of the court.
The report revealed that the shepherd was directed by family members with the phrases, "When the prosecutor asks you, you will say I don't know." Additionally, striking sentences such as, "Hey animal, you know," were also included in the report.
ALLEGATION OF WITNESSING THE MURDER
It was alleged that the shepherd witnessed the murder at the family meeting and was therefore being pressured to stay silent. The footage was submitted to the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court by the Diyarbakır Bar Association.
