Took his own life in the workplace restroom

The incident occurred around 17:00 at an auto repair shop located on Eski Edirne Asfaltı in the Cebeci neighborhood of Sultangazi. Mustafa G. (39), who was allegedly suffering from depression, shot himself in the head with a firearm in the restroom of the workplace where he was employed.

Upon hearing the gunshot, his coworkers entered the restroom and found Mustafa G. covered in blood. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene following the report.

Medical teams determined that Mustafa G. had lost his life. While the police took security measures in the surrounding area, crime scene investigation teams also began their work. Mustafa G.'s body was transported to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue following the examinations. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
