Non-compliance was detected in the tulum cheese sold via social media by a company named Yöresel Çermik Peynircilik, located in Diyarbakır. It was determined that the tulum cheese contained vegetable oil and natamycin.

The olive oil produced by a company named Çırpır Doğal Köy Ürünleri in Mersin was also found to be adulterated. It was announced that the olive oil contained a mixture of seed oil, which is frequently used in such fraud.

On the other hand, it was observed that there are numerous complaints regarding Çermik Peynircilik on the website called "Şikayet Var."

Some of these complaints are as follows:

"The 3 kg of tulum and 2 kg of herb cheese, 5 kg in total, that I bought from Çermik Yörem Peynir turned out to be sour curd from which the butterfat had officially been removed. They mix in some herbs, compress it, give it the appearance of cheese, and mislead people by calling it handmade."

"The tulum cheese I bought from Yöresel Çermik Peynircilik turned out to be very bad; it was inedible. It had a very bitter taste and had nothing to do with the cheese shown in the videos."
