Will Arcane season 3 be released, when will it come out?
The Arcane series has aired its first 2 seasons on Netflix. Some fans of the show are waiting for a 3rd season, but we have some bad news for those with that expectation.

The animated series Arcane, set in the League of Legends universe, premiered on Netflix and attracted great interest from those curious about this world. Arcane, which aired its first season in 2021 and its second season in 2024, was so well-received that it managed to achieve a score of 9 out of 10 on the IMDb website. Naturally, following this interest, there were those who wanted a third season to be released.
However, a third season of the Arcane series will not be produced. Christian Linke, one of the show's creators, explained that it was clear from the very beginning that Arcane would end after two seasons, stating, "We had a very specific ending in mind from the start."
Christian Linke said, "We have seen many productions where the story was stretched thin. I am sure we could have extended the seasons as well. We did not want to overdo it. However, this means that the story of Arcane ends with two seasons. Arcane is just the first of many stories we want to tell in Runeterra."
