Özcan, who was experiencing one of her happiest days with her family and loved ones, fell ill two days later. It was understood that the young woman had suffered a heart attack and could not be saved despite all interventions.

The news of her death at a young age has left the Özcan family and her loved ones in mourning. Özcan's funeral will be laid to rest in the village cemetery on Tuesday following the funeral prayer to be held after the noon prayer in Çaydurt Alıçören Village.
