Güllü'sson, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, came to the Yalova Courthouse to testify as a complainant.Gülter arrived at the courthouse with his lawyer,Aycan Sevsay. Gülter did not respond to questions from reportersas he entered the courthouse.

Gülter later met with Yalova Chief PublicProsecutor Duygu Bayar. He gave his statement to the prosecutor.The testimony lasted approximately 4 hours.Responding to reporters' questions outside the courthouse,Gülter said,"I have made the necessarystatements. I told them what I knew. Any furtherstatementswill be made by my lawyers."

Lawyer Aycan Sevsay stated, "In line with the prosecutor's request, he camepersonallyto give his statement as a complainant. He explained everything in detail. We will share the necessarystatementswith the press in writing and in detail."

Regarding the audio recordings,Tuğberk Yağız Gültertestified and said the following;the following;

"Words like 'Look at the crazy ones, come on girl, come on' belong to my mother. The wordsyou hear as 'leave me alone' belong to my mother. The words'I will throw you out the window, will you jump out the window?'are spoken byTuğyan.The words'Is there a need? Is there a butterfly?'are also spoken by my mother. The words 'Come on, let's see'arespoken by...My sister also mentions those words. I cannotspecifically state who said the phrase'Let's meet'.

"MY MOTHER HAD A TRAUMA REGARDING WINDOWS"

My mother was always afraid of windows. She would even tell the cleaninglady,'Please be careful, I don't want to see it, clean the windows after Ileave.' She would notapproach a window easily and would only do so in necessary situations. In other words, she had a trauma regarding windows.
