UAV crashes into house garden and bursts into flames
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) crashed into the garden of a house in the Cide district of Kastamonu. The UAV, which fell within 10 meters of the house, subsequently caught fire and was rendered unusable.

According to the information obtained, a UAV crashed into a hazelnut orchard located behind a house belonging to Musa Zilan, who resides in the Kuşkayası village of the Cide district. The UAV, which fell with a loud noise and is estimated to weigh more than 200 kilograms, subsequently caught fire. Parts of the UAV that fell into the garden were scattered around.
Musa Zilan, who came out of the house upon hearing the noise, was surprised to see the aircraft that had fallen into his garden. Following the incident, Zilan reported the situation.
Upon the report, gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The gendarmerie teams conducted investigations in the area where the UAV crashed. The gendarmerie has launched an investigation to determine the origin of the UAV that fell into the garden and who it belongs to. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
