'Çiriş Böreği', one of the traditional delicacies of Kahramanmaraş, has been registered following an application to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has granted registration to the Kahramanmaraş Çiriş Böreği, which holds an important place in the city's culinary culture.
Kahramanmaraş Çiriş Böreği was published in the 169th Official Geographical Indication and Traditional Product Name Bulletin prepared by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, becoming the city's 28th registered product.
In a statement made by the Metropolitan Municipality, it was noted: "We continue our efforts to increase the number of our products with geographical indication registration by protecting our local delicacies and traditional handicrafts."
