32 new drugs added to SGK reimbursement coverage
The Social Security Institution (SGK) has added a total of 32 more drugs to its reimbursement list, 21 of which are domestically produced. This step will facilitate citizens' access to treatment.

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced on his social media account that new drugs have been included in the reimbursement coverage by the SGK for citizens to benefit from.
In his message, Minister Işıkhan stated the following:
"We have added 32 more drugs to the reimbursement list through our Social Security Institution. With these drugs, 21 of which are domestically produced, we are strengthening our local and national capacity in healthcare and making it easier for our citizens to access treatment opportunities. I hope these drugs will bring healing to our patients and wish our citizens a healthy life."
It was emphasized that 21 of the added drugs are produced in Turkey, thereby supporting the domestic pharmaceutical industry. Officials state that with this new regulation, many patients will be able to access medication under more favorable conditions and that their treatment processes will be facilitated.
