4 more drug groups can now be prescribed by family physicians

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that prescribed medications for chronic Hepatitis B and D, diabetes, and cardiology can now be prescribed by family physicians.

Speaking at the "Social Security Week Meeting" in Ankara, Işıkhan stated that they have achieved savings of approximately 3.2 billion liras in about a year through regulations in the Health Implementation Communiqué.

Işıkhan also announced that prescribed medications for chronic Hepatitis B and D, diabetes, and cardiology can now be prescribed by family physicians.
