Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emre Güner appointed as Istanbul's new Provincial Health Director

Following the appointment of Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu, who served as the Istanbul Provincial Health Director, to the Ministry of Health, Istanbul's new Provincial Health Director has been announced.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emre Güner, who previously served as the Head of Public Health at the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate and most recently as the acting Istanbul Provincial Health Director, has been appointed to the position.

Following the appointment, an update was made on the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate's website.

WHO IS ASSOC. PROF. DR. ABDULLAH EMRE GÜNER?

Graduating from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine, Güner completed his doctorate in Public Health at the Istanbul University Institute of Health Sciences. 

Güner has become Istanbul's new Provincial Health Director, succeeding Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu.
