Dilan Çıtak Tatlıses, daughter of famous artist İbrahim Tatlıses, made significant statements regarding her private life, which she rarely shares with the public. As a guest on a program, Çıtak shared her long-standing struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) with the public.
Speaking on the program, Dilan Çıtak Tatlıses said regarding the condition that seriously affects her daily life: "I am a serious OCD patient. I am meticulous to the point of obsession. I am receiving treatment. When my cats scratch their litter, I wake up from my sleep and vacuum. I might vacuum the house 10 times. Life is very difficult for me. I don't want guests to come over. A guest cannot walk around without socks; it leaves marks. I get anxiety in my own home."
In her statements, Çıtak also expressed that she has experienced some traumatic events throughout her life and noted that she has no patience left for injustices. Emphasizing that she has been in the tabloid spotlight since childhood due to İbrahim Tatlıses' public status, the artist stated: "You are the child of a tabloid figure. You are inevitably part of the tabloid life. I got involved in tabloids without wanting to be. Whatever he says now, it doesn't matter. I don't like being treated unfairly; it's not fair. Managers who work with İbrahim Tatlıses don't want to work with me. Some of my brand deals were canceled after his statements. It is not pleasant when he makes accusations about me on television. I cannot have any bad statements regarding him."
