Frightening 'obesity' detail in cancer cases

According to a report by the Hindustan Times, scientists from Lund University in Malmö, Sweden, examined data from 4.1 million people over a period of approximately 40 years.
In this new study, which highlights the growing threat of obesity, scientists revealed that the number of cancers linked to excess weight has increased exponentially.
BREAST, COLON, UTERINE, KIDNEY...
While 32 types of cancer were associated with obesity in the study, it was noted that the most prominent among these were breast, colon, uterine, and kidney cancers.
In the study, scientists pointed out that 40 percent of cancer cases are linked to excess weight.
According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 1 billion people worldwide are living with obesity, and the prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents increased 4-fold between 1990 and 2022.
