Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu's statement on deaths from bootleg alcohol: 'Those who do this have no share in humanity'

Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu attended the Health Reporting Training Program. Speaking there, Memişoğlu said, "Our primary goal is preventive medicine. We have reduced our appointment waiting rates by 60 percent."
