FIRST POMEGRANATE MOLASSES, NOW LEMON SAUCE
Reminding that they banned the supply of products such as pomegranate molasses sauce and pomegranate-flavored sauce that give the impression of pomegranate molasses with a regulation they made last year, Yumaklı said, "With the regulation we made previously, we had banned honey-flavored syrup and products that give the impression of molasses. Similarly, we will also ban the supply of products such as lemon sauce that give the impression of lemon juice to the domestic market."
HAS ARTIFICIAL MEAT BEEN PERMITTED?
Stating that he also wanted to clarify the issue of "artificial meat" and "insect flour," which have frequently come to the agenda recently, Yumaklı noted the following:
"From time to time, news and posts such as 'The Ministry has permitted artificial meat' are being made. Artificial meat is definitely not on our agenda, friends. It is never out of the question to permit the production of artificial meat. I would also like to state that we do not have any legislative work on artificial meat. We are working to develop our country's livestock industry."
