Price hike for morning-after pill
The prices of drugs known as the "morning-after pill," used by women as a method of birth control, have also increased.

It was stated that the prices of alternatives to the birth control pill, which has risen to 512 liras, are also approximately 200-300 TL.
The Presidential Decree providing for an Amendment to the Decision on the Pricing of Medicinal Products for Human Use was published in the Official Gazette.
With the decision, the current Euro value was increased by 25 percent to 17 lira and 55 kuruş. The current Euro value was previously applied as 14 lira.
