Stating that the importance of nutrition in human life is increasing day by day, Elmacıoğlu conveyed that the human brain's ability to remain constantly active and superior in terms of attention and concentration is linked to the food consumed, saying, "A nutrition program consisting of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals increases brain performance while also making it possible to prevent attention deficit and forgetfulness; however, our people need to know which foods they should eat in which season and in what proportions."

Pointing out that vegetables and fruits play a major role in nutrition, Elmacıoğlu said that green leafy vegetables and grains must be included on the table.

Stating that forgetfulness and attention deficit starting at young ages can be remedied with proper nutrition, Elmacıoğlu expressed the following:

"It is possible to prevent the forgetfulness that has become widespread today with a diet containing fish, meat, green leafy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, and grains.

Mild forgetfulness and attention deficit that start at young ages and are not taken very seriously can appear later as Alzheimer's, known as memory loss disease. For this reason, a nutrition program consisting of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals should be present in every period of our lives."
