Tensions rise in the Middle East: Israeli army strikes Lebanon

The Israeli army reportedly carried out an airstrike on a moving vehicle in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of 2 people.

According to a report by Lebanon's official news agency NNA, an airstrike was conducted on a vehicle traveling in the town of Baraachit in the border region.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health also announced in a statement regarding the attack that the 2 individuals inside the vehicle had lost their lives.

Meanwhile, the Hezbollah Movement issued a statement on its official Telegram account regarding attacks it carried out from Lebanon against Israeli military positions along the border line.

The statement noted that the Es-Smake military base, where Israeli soldiers are stationed, was targeted with artillery fire, while the Mitat military base was targeted with guided missiles, and intelligence equipment in the illegal Misgav Am settlement was hit with appropriate weapons.
