14 suspects arrested in fund investigation into capital market transactions
In the investigation in Istanbul, 14 of the 20 suspects referred to the courthouse were arrested, while judicial control measures were imposed on 3 others.

New decisions have been made in the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering Crimes Investigation Bureau regarding transactions carried out in the capital market.
The proceedings at the criminal judgeship of peace have been completed for 17 of the 20 suspects who were referred to the courthouse after being detained as part of the investigation. The judgeship ruled for the arrest of 14 suspects and the implementation of judicial control measures for 3 suspects.
It was reported that the arrested suspects are Furkan Baki, Murat Keçeci, Ramazan Erbey, İlhan Aygül, Salih Can Bülbül, Selçuk Kahya, Uğur Akkafa, Samet Çetinel, Celal Yarız, İsmail Ege, Mehmet Yıldırım, Lütfi Çetinel, Berkan Gülen, and Mehmet Erbey.
It was stated that the proceedings at the judgeship are ongoing for Tera Yatırım Board members Abdulkadir Özkan and Bülent Uygun, as well as Doğa Sigorta Board Chairman Nihat Kırmızı, for whom arrest warrants were requested.
In a memorandum sent by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to MASAK on September 17, it was requested that financial data regarding the executives of Pusula Finans Holding AŞ, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Hedef Holding AŞ, and Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, as well as their subsidiaries, be provided.
The memorandum requested the identification of the executives at the companies in question, as well as the submission of all money inflows and outflows, including transfers of funds and crypto assets abroad since 2024, to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in raw data format.
As part of the investigation, several individuals had previously been arrested, including Tera Yatırım Holding Board Chairman Emre Tezmen, board member Emre Alkin, independent board member Kerem Alkin, Tera Portföy General Manager Alper Öztürk, Pusula Holding Board Chairman Serdar Turhan, and Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Board Chairman Muhammed Yarız.
