The Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a statement regarding allegations that surfaced on social media concerning search and seizure operations conducted as part of the investigation into the "Alparslan Kuytul Criminal Organization."

The statement noted that claims suggesting the footage in the posts belonged to a different operation in Eskişehir do not reflect the truth. It was stated that the footage belongs to one of the search operations carried out within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

According to information reflected in the investigation file, a total of approximately 3 million 900 thousand Turkish Lira, including foreign currency, was not seized at Alparslan Kuytul's residence, but during a search conducted at the residence of Muhammet Yasin Birer, who is identified as the person responsible for the organization's internet and social media operations.

It was also noted that the statements made by Semra Kuytul, claiming that "the hitman and slanderous media edited footage that does not belong to our home to create a perception that a large amount of money and gold was found in our home," as well as claims appearing on some social media accounts that "the footage belongs to another operation carried out in Eskişehir; it is a slander against Alparslan Kuytul," are not true.

It was reported that the address where the money was seized, the amount, and the details regarding the search operation were recorded in judicial search reports, and that the search footage is included in the investigation file. The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office emphasized that the evidence is being evaluated by judicial authorities and that the investigation is continuing in a multi-faceted manner.
