Döndü K., who worked as an accounting staff member at the KOSKI General Directorate, affiliated with the Konya Metropolitan Municipality, has come to the fore over allegations of embezzling subscriber deposit fees between 2020 and 2024. It was determined that during this period, Döndü K. transferred a total amount exceeding 14 million TL to her family's accounts.

Döndü K. altered payment lists during deposit refund transactions to divert the funds to her mother's account. It was revealed that she used this money to purchase a TOGG T10X brand vehicle, two houses, and other real estate.

ASSETS SEIZED

As a result of an internal audit by the KOSKI General Directorate, it was determined that Döndü K. had committed the crime of embezzlement. Within the scope of the investigation launched, Döndü K. was sent to Konya Closed Prison, and all of her assets were seized.

ADMITTED TO CHARGES IN COURT

Appearing before the judge at the Konya 4th High Criminal Court, Döndü K. admitted to the charges and requested her release. In court, she made a defense stating, "My children are in a victimized situation; I want to pay my debt."

21-YEAR PRISON SENTENCE

The court sentenced Döndü K. to 21 years in prison for the crime of "qualified embezzlement." This decision has caused widespread repercussions in the public eye.
