As part of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Money Laundering Investigation Bureau, an arrest warrant was issued for Tera Yatırım CEO Emir Münir Sarpyener, who was previously subject to a travel ban, and Tera Portföy Chairman of the Board Erdin Özel.
