It has been reported that the process regarding the 'absolute nullity' case in the CHP has reached the Court of Cassation after 56 days.

The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice had issued an absolute nullity ruling regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress.
The Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration had dismissed the party's lawyers and withdrawn the appeal previously filed on behalf of the CHP to the Court of Cassation. Following this, an application was made to the Court of Cassation by Özgür Özel himself.
The file reached the Court of Cassation after 56 days. Once the case file is sent to the 3rd Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, an appellate review will be conducted, and a final ruling will be issued regarding the CHP congress case.
While all eyes are now on the decision of the Court of Cassation, Özgür Özel had previously expressed his reaction by stating that they expected a decision from the Court of Cassation by July 20, the start of the judicial recess, and that if no decision was reached by July 20, the CHP would not be able to participate in elections, asking, "What does it mean to hold onto a file and not send it to the Court of Cassation?"
