National basketball player Cedi Osman and famous actress Ebru Şahin have finally reached a conclusion in the process that went to court due to their desire to move into their home in Şişli. The issue with the current tenant of the apartment, owned by Cedi's father Sermet Osman, was resolved amicably following discussions held outside of court.

The owner of the apartment, Sermet Osman, had informed the tenant living in the unit that they planned to use the home for his son and daughter-in-law, Cedi Osman and Ebru Şahin. The tenant, however, had not vacated the property, arguing that Cedi Osman's sports career abroad indicated that the request was not genuine. As the issue escalated, the parties resorted to legal action.

The petition submitted to the court stated that the couple wanted to live in their own home due to high rent and expenses. The tenant's side maintained the view that the eviction request was not based on reality.

The process ended with an unexpected development. A compromise was reached during the final negotiations between the parties. The tenant agreed to vacate the apartment, and upon this, Sermet Osman withdrew the lawsuit.
