Constitutional Court President Kadir Özkaya experienced emotional moments during his speech at the academic year opening ceremony held at Malatya İnönü University. Özkaya stated that justice is an important value not only in courtrooms but in every area of life.

Stating that "Justice is a guiding compass in human existence and the order of society," Özkaya expressed that every goal can be reached when determination, patience, and the right direction come together. He addressed the audience with the words, "Believe with your heart, plan with your mind, and sustain with your labor."

EXPERIENCED EMOTIONAL MOMENTS

During a part of his speech, Özkaya, whose eyes welled up with tears, said, "Let us live in such a way that when the time comes, may Almighty Allah not call us into His presence with anyone's rights..." before being unable to hold back his tears. This emotional moment was met with applause from the audience in the hall.

Stating that one side of the judicial profession is heaven and the other is hell, Özkaya said, "I am afraid when it comes to this saying. May Almighty Allah not call us into His presence with anyone's rights." With these words, he drew attention to the difficulties and responsibilities of the profession.
