President Akarca and the accompanying delegation were welcomed by Afyonkarahisar Governor Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı.

Signing the honorary book, Akarca answered questions from journalists.

Upon a journalist's question, "There is a dilemma regarding the Constitutional Court's latest decision; what would you like to say about this issue?" Akarca stated, "This is not a problem that has emerged only in relation to this latest incident with the Constitutional Court.

In other words, it is a fact that we have serious and deep disagreements stemming from the difference in interpretation in the examination of the individual application path, which has been ongoing for more or less 5-6 years, and the state of the Constitution."

Akarca, who met with Governor Yiğitbaşı for a while, was accompanied on his visit by Court of Cassation Chief Public Prosecutor Bekir Şahin, Court of Cassation First Deputy Presidents Eyup Yeşil and Adem Albayrak, Court of Cassation Secretary General Fevzi Yıldırım, Court of Cassation Deputy Secretary General Mehmet Doğan, and Afyonkarahisar Chief Public Prosecutor Fatih Karabacak.
