The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit seeking the dissolution of the Ahbap Association. The Istanbul 29th Civil Court of First Instance has also decided to appoint a trustee to the association's management as part of the legal process.

The petition for the lawsuit alleges that earthquake donations were used for purposes other than those intended, that association resources were utilized for personal business, and that irregular money transfers and real estate transfers were conducted. It was requested that the association's activities be immediately suspended and its dissolution be ordered due to allegations of irregularities in financial reports.

The court has issued an interim injunction regarding the Ahbap Association. According to the decision, all activities of the association will be suspended until the lawsuit is concluded and finalized.

It was ruled that the board of trustees previously assigned to oversee the association's assets will now be appointed as management trustees. Within the scope of the decision, it was also ordered that the association's headquarters be sealed and that the management be handed over to the trustees.
