New details continue to emerge in the report prepared following the examination of the broken white phone and a SIM card belonging to Seçil Erzan, the former branch manager of Denizbank in Levent. In the 553-page report prepared by the expert, deleted WhatsApp messages from the day Seçil Erzan had money collected from the brother of former Galatasaray national footballer Emre Çolak were recovered.

HOW SHE DIRECTED ALİ YÖRÜK

In his statement, Emrah Çolak stated that he gave Seçil Erzan 3 million 212 thousand dollars in a single transaction. Çolak said he gave the money he withdrew from the bank to someone named 'Ali,' whom Seçil Erzan had directed him to as a bank employee. It was revealed that the incident, which took place on January 11, 2023, involved Ali Yörük collecting the money.

The expert examining the messages adds this note next to this message: As stated in the indictment, since Emrah Çolak declared that he delivered the money on 11.01.2023 and this message was sent on 11.01.2023, it has been evaluated that the person referred to as 'Emrah' could be Emrah Çolak.

The dialogue between the two regarding Emrah Çolak continues as follows.

SEÇİL ERZAN EMRAH ÇOLAK CORRESPONDENCE

The correspondence that Emre Çolak’s brother Emrah Çolak, who delivered the money to Ali Yörük, had with Seçil Erzan that day was also included in the expert report. Seçil Erzan, who directed Ali Yörük for the money, also directs Emrah Çolak that day in this manner.

Around 12:23, Seçil Erzan says, "Emrah, you can leave." Emrah Çolak, who says "Alright," says, "Seçil hanım, I am coming to the Denizbank headquarters building, right? I am in Mecidiyeköy now, 8 minutes left," and the correspondence between the two continues as follows.

Allegations had surfaced that Seçil Erzan had some of her clients speak on the phone with fake people posing as bank officials. Seçil Erzan, who likely has people with her, replies to Ali Yörük, "I will talk as if you are my mother, call me dear," to avoid suspicion.

The correspondence between Seçil Erzan and Mert Zeydanlı, who is a complainant in the file, was also included in the expert report. Notable dialogues between Mert Zeydanlı and Seçil Erzan took place on February 21, 2023.

Seçil Erzan: Hi. What if I introduce you to a client of mine tomorrow? Shall we say the fund is in your name, there is 3? What do you say?

Mert Zeydanlı: I would say I would get stressed. You handle your business first. Or did you introduce the coach to me like that too? You are something else.

Seçil Erzan: No, come on

İnci Çeviker, one of the complainants in the case, recorded a phone call she had with Seçil Erzan. In the phone call, Seçil Erzan connected a third person, whom she called a bank official, to the line and had them speak with İnci Çeviker regarding the money to be given. In the phone call, Seçil Erzan tells İnci Çeviker that the person speaking is Ali Böcügöz, who works in the bank's custody department. An investigation was launched following this voice recording, which was included in the case file. It was alleged that Ali Böcügöz was actually Ali Yörük. However, in her statement, Seçil Erzan said that the person she introduced as Ali Böcügöz was Mert Zeydanlı.
