Enver Altaylı claim enters the Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu investigation file

New allegations have emerged in the investigation into the helicopter crash that claimed the life of BBP Founding Chairman Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu in 2009. In the latest operation conducted as part of the investigation, 27 suspects were detained, 19 of whom were arrested.
It was stated that the name of FETÖ convict Enver Altaylı has entered the official investigation documents for the first time. Mustafa Selami Ekici, the lawyer for the Yazıcıoğlu family, argued that Altaylı's connection to the crash should be investigated.
QUESTION FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING ALTAYLI
As part of the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the testimony of Ali Armağan, the former Chief of Staff of the Air Force Command, who was reported to have flown an F-4 fighter jet in the region on the day the helicopter crashed, was taken.
Armağan was asked whether he knew Mustafa Özcan, Osman Hilmi Özdil, Adil Öksüz, Harun Biniş, Kemal Batmaz, and Enver Altaylı, who are considered among the high-ranking figures of FETÖ, and whether he had held meetings or phone conversations with these individuals. It was reported that Armağan stated he did not know the individuals in question and did not hold any meetings during the specified period.
The family's lawyer, Ekici, drew attention to the FETÖ connection allegations they have been voicing for years and claimed that Altaylı knew about the crash before official authorities and the public.
Speaking to Yeni Şafak, Ekici alleged that the crash was reported to BBP officials by Enver Altaylı at around 15:15. Reminding that journalist İsmail Güneş, who was on the helicopter, called the 112 Emergency Call Center at 15:26 to report the crash, Ekici stated that the time difference should be investigated.
ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE SEARCH AND RESCUE PROCESS
Ekici said that retired Lieutenant Colonel Ercüment Güler, who took part in the search and rescue efforts carried out after the crash, should also be examined in detail. Stating that there are allegations that Güler directed the teams to the wrong area, Ekici argued that although the wreckage site was identified as a narrow area in the early hours, the searches were concentrated in a different region.
Ekici also expressed that it should be investigated whether there is any connection between Güler and Enver Altaylı.
Lawyer Ekici also made allegations regarding a video claimed to have been taken after the crash. Stating that according to information reaching them, it is alleged that some individuals dressed in black were at the scene, Ekici noted that the claim that Yazıcıoğlu is seen in a sitting position in the images in question should also be investigated.
It was stated that the investigation file also contains other findings regarding Ali Armağan. Accordingly, it was noted that Armağan was in Malatya five days before the incident, that he used an operational line for organizational activities in subsequent years, and that it was determined he communicated 152 times with Adil Öksüz, who is stated to be the secret imam of FETÖ for the Air Force. The file also includes information that a fingerprint belonging to Armağan's wife, Şerife Armağan, was found on a book seized in Öksüz's house.
