HSK decree announced! Thousands of judges and prosecutors reassigned
The 2025 Main Decree of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has been published. With the decree, the duty stations of 3,698 judges and prosecutors were changed. Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç wished success to the judges and prosecutors appointed to their new positions.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç announced that the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has completed its work on the 2025 Main Decree and wished the judges and prosecutors success in their new positions.
In a statement on his social media account, Tunç noted the following:
"We have completed the work on the HSK 2025 Main Decree. The decree will be published on our HSK website shortly. I wish continued success in their new positions to our judges and public prosecutors who serve on behalf of our noble nation and make decisions in line with the principles of the rule of law, independence, and impartiality. I hope that the decree will be beneficial for our judges and prosecutors, their families, our judicial organization, our country, and our noble nation."
