HSK launches FETÖ investigation into 387 individuals

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has launched a new investigation into 387 individuals who were reinstated to their positions by the Council of State.

The 5th Chamber of the Council of State had previously ruled that 450 individuals, who were dismissed from their professions on the grounds of having links or affiliations with FETÖ, should be reinstated and also awarded compensation.

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan reacted to the decision in his speech, stating, "It is not possible for us to remain silent regarding this decision taken by the Council of State. Just as we, as the People's Alliance, do not remain unresponsive to certain strange decisions made by the Constitutional Court, we cannot remain silent on this either."
