It has been stated that the MASAK report prepared as part of the investigation into the Ahbap Association has been added to the case file. The report reportedly includes bank transaction records and certain statements from the testimony of Haluk Levent's assistant, Yeliz Kaya.
According to information in the file, Kaya made allegations in her testimony regarding some of Levent's commercial relationships. It is stated that Kaya claimed Levent sent money to the owner of a wine production company operating in İzmir for the purpose of a partnership.
Trademark registration applications made to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of the Ahbap Association were also included in the investigation file. In this context, it was noted that applications were made for the "Ahbap Coffee" and "Ahbap Water" brands.
The file also indicates that registration was obtained for food and beverage venues and hotel operations under the "Ahbaphane" brand. It was stated that the scope of the brands includes beer, mineral water, fruit juice, as well as energy and protein-supported sports drinks.
It was reported that these headings, which have entered the investigation file, are being evaluated in terms of commercial activity allegations and trademark applications within the scope of the examination conducted regarding the Ahbap Association.
