New development in lawyer operation in Denizli

In a drug operation carried out in Denizli, Denizli Bar Association President Ufuk Kök and 11 accompanying lawyers were detained by law enforcement officers. The procedures conducted by the gendarmerie regarding the suspects were completed as of yesterday.
The Bar Association President and the other lawyers, identified as E.E., V.S.B., M.O.A., O.S.O., Y.K., K.O., O.F.S., C.S., F.K., B.T., and E.B., were referred to the courthouse in the morning hours following their processing. After their interrogations by the prosecutor's office at the courthouse, all 12 lawyers were released without any judicial control measures applied.
It had been alleged that the lawyers in question "used and supplied narcotic substances, and consumed these substances with their close circles in both their homes and offices."
