New development in the case of Gülistan Doku's friend Rojwelat Kızmaz: New suspicions added
The family of Rojwelat Kızmaz, a close friend of Gülistan Doku who lost her life in February 2024, has decided to apply to the prosecutor's office following new suspicions in the case.

Rojwelat Kızmaz, a friend of university student Gülistan Doku, who has been missing since January 5, 2020, in Tunceli, was found dead in the Hasankeyf district of Batman in February 2024, and the incident was officially recorded as a suicide.
However, recent developments in the Gülistan Doku case have led to new concerns in the minds of the family regarding the death of Rojwelat Kızmaz.
PETITION TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE TOMORROW
In a written statement made by the Kızmaz family, it was emphasized that the suspicions regarding their daughter have increased following the latest stage in the case, and therefore they stated that they would make an application in light of these new developments. In the family's statement, it was noted, "Following the latest stage reached in the case of her close friend Gülistan Doku, new suspicions have been added to the existing question marks regarding Rojwelat with this latest development."
The Kızmaz family, together with their lawyer Sümeyye Gültekin Aykut, will submit their petition to the Batman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on April 27. It was also announced that a press statement will be made in front of the courthouse on the same day at 14:30.
