Operation against social media influencers: 10 people detained
In an operation targeting influencers who broadcast live on social media platforms in Istanbul, legal proceedings have been initiated against 10 suspects.

Following instructions from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an operation was conducted targeting individuals who broadcast live on social media platforms. In the investigation into suspects broadcasting on TikTok, Instagram, and X, 10 people, including Semih Varol, were detained.
It was reported that legal proceedings have been initiated against the detained individuals for the crimes of "Inciting the Public to Hatred and Hostility or Degrading" and "Obscenity." As part of the investigation, the suspects were also tested to determine whether they had used drugs or stimulants.
The names of the suspects detained as part of the operation were announced as follows:
