During the argument, a woman showed a card prepared in a way that appeared "exclusive to judges and prosecutors," claimed "I am a prosecutor," and threatened the other driver. Footage of those moments spread rapidly and drew significant backlash.

HER IDENTITY HAS BEEN REVEALED

Following the incident, the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took immediate action and issued a written statement to the public. The statement read: "A judicial investigation has been initiated by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against both suspects regarding the incident in which an individual named I.E., who was determined not to be a member of the judge/prosecutor profession, argued with an individual named O.O.G. while parking her vehicle and displayed a card labeled 'judge/prosecutor' during the argument, on charges of 'threat,' 'unlawful assumption of a public office,' and 'violation of the privacy of private life.'"

Investigations within the scope of the inquiry revealed that I.E., who identified herself as a prosecutor and displayed a card during the dispute, is actually just a university student.

INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED BY THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

While statements were taken from the parties involved in the incident, which caused a major stir on social media, judicial proceedings were initiated under the charges of "unlawful assumption of a public office," "threat," and "violation of the privacy of private life." It was stated that developments regarding this investigation, which was launched following the dispute, are being closely monitored.

The incident has led to increased public sensitivity regarding the misuse of the names and image of judicial authorities in this manner.
