A provision requiring individuals and legal entities engaged in intercity bus transportation to provide a 20 percent discount on fares to those who document their retiree status has been added to the regulation.
According to a temporary article added to the regulation, which was published in today's issue of the Official Gazette and introduces changes to the road transport regulation, a 20 percent discount will be applied to passenger tickets issued to those who declare and prove their retiree status with information and documentation, effective until the end of 2024, based on the tariff reported to the Ministry of Transport.
Holders of B1 and D1 road transport authorization certificates who do not comply with this provision will be issued 5 warning points for each violation.
