The statement noted that the birth was not only a medical success but also "demonstrated the strength and resilience of human nature."
The statement, which reported that Namukwaya, who is believed to be the "oldest woman to give birth" in Africa, had been undergoing IVF treatment for some time, stated that this was her first time becoming a mother.
In the post, Namukwaya, whose remarks were included, said that she had been "looked down upon" by those around her for not being able to have children for years.
It was reported that the mother, Namukwaya, and her babies are in good health.
