The recent deactivation of his Instagram account by Hacı Sabancı, Vice Chairman of the Board of Densa Holding, came as a major surprise to his followers. Many questioned what lay behind this sudden decision.

Speaking to Ece Erken, host of the magazine program "Gel Konuşalım," Hacı Sabancı provided an explanation regarding the matter. The prominent businessman said, "Let's call it a social media detox. I am at the office. Thank God, there are no problems. I am trying to look at my phone less while I am with my daughter. Otherwise, she wants it too. That is why I decided to take a break from social media for a while. I wasn't posting much anyway," explaining his reason for closing the account.

Sabancı emphasized that he took a break from social media to spend more time with his daughter and to disconnect from technology.

Last year, allegations made by a woman identified as F.D., claiming that Hacı Sabancı was the father of her three-year-old son, Uzay, remained on the agenda for a long time. The controversy intensified as Sabancı, who married Nazlı Kayı in 2021, had a child born in the same year as Uzay.

Following a DNA test, it was officially confirmed that little Uzay was the biological child of Hacı Sabancı. After the paternity suit concluded, Hacı Sabancı and his wife, Nazlı Kayı Sabancı, chose not to make any public statements, instead sharing messages on social media stating, "We are happy and we are not separating."
