It has been reported that actor Serhat Mustafa Kılıç was found dead in his home in Istanbul's Kağıthane district. The incident occurred in the Nurtepe neighborhood. It was stated that there had been no contact with Kılıç, born in 1975, for approximately 1-2 days.
According to information reflected in the press, the actor was found unresponsive on the sofa in the living room after his girlfriend went to the house. Following the report, medical and police teams were dispatched to the address.
Initial examinations revealed bruising around Kılıç's eyes, arms, and legs. However, it was reported that no cuts, open wounds, or obvious signs of assault were found on his body.
CAUSE OF DEATH TO BE DETERMINED BY AUTOPSY
It was stated that Kılıç had a known thyroid gland condition, but no other known illnesses. It was also alleged that information had been received suggesting the actor had been consuming excessive alcohol recently.
Following the work of the crime scene investigation teams, Kılıç's body is expected to be sent to the Council of Forensic Medicine to determine the exact cause of death. The cause of death will be clarified after the autopsy is performed.
Serhat Mustafa Kılıç had joined the new season cast of the action series "Teşkilat," which airs on TRT 1. However, he had to leave the project before starting due to health problems after being diagnosed with a cervical disc herniation.
