Eggert stated that she gained 11 kilos in 3 months and felt very severe pain in her breasts, noting that she initially thought it was menopause.
The famous actress, who also noticed a lump in her breasts in addition to the pain, expressed that she faced the painful truth after going to a doctor.
Eggert, who underwent 3 biopsies and one mammogram, said she would begin chemotherapy and radiation therapy, adding that she would also undergo surgery, and stated that it is not yet known whether the cancer has spread to other organs.
