Acun Ilıcalı announces the second contestant of Survivor All Star 2024: The field is yours

The Survivor competition will meet viewers on TV8 screens in 2024 with its All Star season. Acun Ilıcalı announced that the second contestant of Survivor All Star is national athlete Nagihan Karadere.

Sharing a photo of Nagihan Karadere on his Instagram account, Ilıcalı stated, "Nagihan Karadere is in Survivor All Star 2024. Let's go, Nagihan. No SMS, the field is yours. Let's see."

It had previously been announced that the first contestant of Survivor All Star would be Nihat Altınkaya. In his post yesterday, Ilıcalı wrote, "The first contestant of Survivor All Star 2024 is Nihat Altınkaya. He is a champion. I wish success to Nihat, who won Survivor in 2012, in All Star."

WHO IS NAGIHAN KARADERE?

Nagihan Karadere was born on December 27, 1984, in Kadirli. Raised in Fenerbahçe, Karadere competed in sprint events. She won a gold medal in the 400-meter event at the Balkan Youth Athletics Championships held in Constanta on September 13-14, 2003. At the same championship, she won a silver medal in the 4x400m relay and a bronze medal in the 4x100m relay.

The athlete, who was part of the Turkish National Team (along with Merve Aydın, Meliz Redif, and Pınar Saka) that won a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay at the 2011 Summer Universiade held in Shenzhen, China, also won a bronze medal in the 400-meter hurdles. In the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the 400-meter hurdles qualifiers but was disqualified after a false start.

She was among the contestants competing for the Celebrities team in the Survivor 2016 program, which began airing on TV8 on February 7, 2016, and finished fifth after being eliminated in the quarterfinals.

In 2018, she reached the finals and finished second in the competition program titled Survivor All Star, which aired on TV8. She also competed in the Survivor 2022: All Star competition in 2022.
