According to a report by Ekran Haber, the details of what Ahu Tuğba's 29-year-old daughter, Anjelik Calvin, experienced regarding her mother's death have emerged.
The evening before her passing, Ahu Tuğba went to her room after wishing her daughter Anjelik "Good night." When her daughter Anjelik did not see Ahu Tuğba, who normally started her day early, up and about, she went to her room to wake her.
The famous actress, known for waking up even when the door was opened, did not respond this time. Anjelik called out to her mother to wake her but received no answer. She then first touched her mother, and when she still received no reaction, she hugged her. Regarding those moments, Anjelik said, "I felt the cooling that had begun in my mother's lifeless body. When I hugged her, she was ice cold."
According to exclusive statements from Hakan Türkşen, President of SİNE-GED and a family friend of Ahu Tuğba and her daughter Anjelik, 911 was called immediately. Ambulance and police teams arrived. Ahu Tuğba's body was taken to a private morgue in Miami to be held for transport to Istanbul.
