Artist Ali Miharbi’s works to be exhibited at Noise Media Art
Pilot Galeri will participate in Noise Media Art, Turkey’s international fair focusing on new media art, which will take place at the Kadıköy City Museum between January 18-21, 2024, with works by artist Ali Miharbi.

Ali Miharbi’s three works, for which he has produced new versions for the fair, titled Whisper (2016–2022), Rake (2016–2023), and Dream of a News Agency (2013–2023), will be presented to the audience.
Interested in the mechanisms that lie behind or are created by the flows of daily life, Ali Miharbi’s work titled Whisper III (2022) is a sound installation where acoustic resonators, designed using human vocal tract models, create whisper-like sounds through compressed air flowing through them.
Using technological systems as a critical language, Miharbi’s work titled Rake (2016-2023) performs scratching and drawing movements on the wall of the space with the help of a rake connected to two motors and programmed electronic circuits.
The artist’s work Dream of a News Agency (2013-2023), which he has updated and reproduced, focuses on the news texts published by Anadolu Agency in recent months.
