Due to the snowfall that has been continuing intermittently since yesterday across the province, particularly in high-altitude settlements, access to 38 villages is currently impossible.
Due to the snowfall, access is cut off to a total of 38 villages, including 1 in the city center, 31 in Şavşat, and 6 in Borçka.
Both the General Directorate of Highways and the Provincial Special Administration teams are continuing their efforts to reopen the roads.
It was reported that snow depth has reached 10 centimeters at the Kafkasör Plateau, one of the tourism centers, and 20 centimeters at the Atabarı Ski Center.
