These ATMs will be equipped with high-contrast screens, voice guidance systems, and ergonomic designs suitable for wheelchair users.
One of the most notable features of the new ATMs will be voice command systems for visually impaired users. Users will be able to perform their transactions more comfortably thanks to voice guidance systems that work with headphones. Additionally, large-print text and simplified menus will make transactions faster and more secure.
These innovations will be implemented under the European Accessibility Act and will herald a significant transformation in the banking sector. In countries such as Germany and Spain, all new ATMs will operate in compliance with these standards.

In Spain, the newspaper El Pais announced that all new ATMs will comply with accessibility standards. In Germany, the platform Chip.de stated that the new ATMs will feature voice command systems and simplified interfaces. These developments mark the beginning of a new era in ATM technology in Europe.
