Gaza post from author Azra Kohen: 'They are deliberately taking their children to places where bombs will be dropped!'

Claiming that the events in Gaza, where thousands of civilians have lost their lives under Israeli bombs since October 7, are staged, Azra Kohen stated that Palestinian mothers are deliberately putting their children under the bombs. Following the backlash, Kohen issued a statement saying, "I find the state of Israel unforgivable."

The oppression of Palestinians by Israel, which has left its mark on the last century, reached a new peak in the final quarter of 2023. In its indiscriminate attacks, the Israeli army has slaughtered nearly 40,000 civilians since October 7.

Israel, which has recently begun striking tents in the Rafah Camp, the only place left to take shelter in Gaza, has drawn the reaction of the world.

Author Azra Kohen, who claimed that Palestinians have no right to life, implied that the child deaths in Gaza were staged.

'I WISH FOR EVERYONE TO DISAPPEAR'

Claiming that Palestinians leave their children under bombs on purpose to create international public opinion, Kohen made the following statements on the subject:

"I have said it many times. Let me say it again. I wish for everyone who can take their own child to a place that has been announced by megaphone 3 hours in advance as a target for bombing, and where people are being loudly called to leave, sit them down in the spot where the bomb will be dropped, and then go to a corner to film it, to disappear!

And I pray every day for those children to be saved, to be rescued from those disgusting creatures who put them in the bombing zone to film them... A human being with analytical ability should be an entity capable of analyzing the conditions of a video being filmed. I wish for you to see what is happening as it is. No one who cannot protect their child and turns them into bait deserves to live!"

'THE STATE OF ISRAEL IS UNFORGIVABLE!'

Azra Kohen made a statement after her controversial remarks. Kohen said, "First of all, my maiden name is Sarızeybek. I was born and raised in a Muslim family. Because I am a mother, I am someone who already feels incredibly noble emotions for all children in the world, regardless of language, religion, or race, and who suffers deep heartache because of these emotions.

The reaction I gave was a reaction to those who lead to the exploitation of children just to be able to film a video. There are too many of them. Because there are children who have been killed just so we can share it on social media. I did not say a single word against the mothers. I find the state of Israel unforgivable. No one can say that I hold a different view."
